Condenser Replacement

• Removed the failed condenser unit

AC Condenser Deep Cleaning & System Recovery
Unit was not cooling at all and was running continuously without reaching the set temperature.
What we found:
• Condenser coil completely clogged with dirt and debris
• Heat was not able to properly radiate outside
• System operating under constant heavy load
What we did:
• Fully opened condenser panels and protective cages
• Performed a deep condenser coil wash
• Removed all built-up debris and contamination
• Restored proper airflow through the condenser
• Tested system operation after cleaning
AC Condenser Replacement

What we found:
• Severe rust throughout the duct section
• Large hole in the ductwork caused by water exposure
• Significant air leakage reducing system efficiency
What we did:
• Opened the damaged duct section for inspection
• Removed all rusted and deteriorated duct material
• Applied professional duct mastic to seal all air gaps
• Rebuilt the duct section with new sheet metal
• Sealed and secured the repaired ductwork
Mini-Split Filter Cleaning & Service
Customer reported poor airflow, water leakage, ice buildup on the indoor units, and unpleasant odor coming from the mini-split system
What we found:
• Air filters completely clogged with dust and debris
• Restricted airflow causing coil icing
• Water leakage due to blocked airflow
• Odor buildup from dirty filters
What we did:
• Removed air filters from all indoor units
• Thoroughly washed and cleaned each filter
• Reinstalled clean filters properly
• Tested system operation on all zones
