Open and access the boiler heat exchanger, then thoroughly clean soot buildup inside the unit

Open AC unit by removing top fan and protective panels to access inside. Remove all dirt and debris around compressor. Wash condenser coil with a cleaning solution

Use an electronic infrared leak detector to inspect the HVAC system for refrigerant leaks. Check the indoor evaporator coil, exposed refrigerant line set, and outdoor condenser unit

Recover refrigerant from the system. Fix the leak by brazing the pipe. Pressure test and vacuum the system. Make sure there are no more leaks before putting the system back in operation

Replace the blown fuse 

Replace the 30-amp high-voltage fuse

Minor ductwork repair. Patch holes and seal gaps with mastic to eliminate air leaks

Install new run capacitor on AC Condenser or Furnace

Install Honeywell T4 thermostat - 1 Heat / 1 Cool Stage
